Return process

You can return items for reasons of revocation, within the scope of a warranty service, or under warranty law. In addition to the legally prescribed 14-day right of revocation, every customer enjoys a 365-day money-back guarantee on all unused items. For hygiene reasons, unsealing a sealed item is considered equivalent to use.

You can revoke your contractual declaration in accordance with the legal requirements of the right of revocation (see revocation policy) within 14 days and then claim our money-back guarantee for a further 365 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or by returning the item. Our additional 365-day return period begins after the statutory withdrawal period has expired. To meet the 365-day deadline under our money-back guarantee, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice or the item itself in good time.

If you have received a replacement item from us under the statutory warranty, our 365-day money-back guarantee does not apply to this specific item. If we determine that the item you wish to return is such a replacement item, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and refund the purchase price. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your warranty claims are of course not affected by this.

Please note that if you make use of our money-back promise, you must bear the postage costs for the return shipment to us yourself. In the event of a defect, we will exchange the item and then refund the return shipping costs.
