If, contrary to expectations, you do not like the Satisfyer Pro 2 and do not experience an orgasm, we offer an orgasm guarantee for orders of the Satisfyer Pro 2 – new generation, purchased since 03/01/2019.
This guarantee allows you to return the Satisfyer within 14 days if you are not satisfied and receive a refund. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the full purchase price of the Satisfyer Pro 2 – new generation.
If you wish to make use of this guarantee, please proceed as follows:
1. Please fill out the return form that was included with your order.
2. Please be sure to enter "Orgasm Guarantee" under "Description of defect" – otherwise the claim may not be accepted due to the opened seal.
3. Please send the product postage paid back to the address indicated on the return form. We cannot cover the return shipping costs in this case.
As soon as your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please keep the receipt or proof of dispatch for any inquiries.
Important:
Our orgasm guarantee only applies to orders from 03/01/2019 onward and within 14 days of receiving the product. Retroactive claims under this guarantee are unfortunately not possible.
