When it comes to personal lubricants, a distinction is mainly made between “water-based” and “silicone-based”. Both types have advantages and disadvantages. However, water-based personal lubricants, such as our “Waterglide”, are often used.
Water-based personal lubricants are easy to use and are also suitable for use with condoms. The disadvantage is that the water evaporates over time. Another portion would then have to be used if necessary.
Silicone-based personal lubricants are more economical. They are usually also suitable for use with condoms and erotic products. Please follow the instructions under “More information”, as some silicone products are not compatible with such personal lubricants. Silicone-based personal lubricants are more difficult to remove if they drip onto the bed or floor, for example.
